Shipping Costs

• Germany: EUR 1.50 to 20 (depending on order, inc. VAT)
• European Union: EUR 5 to 45 (depending on order, inc. VAT)
• Rest of World: EUR 5 to 85 (depending on order)

Shipping Times

All orders are processed within two to three business days. Shipping times are approximate and are in addition to processing times. Shipping within Europe takes about two weeks and for the rest of the world up to six weeks. 

Payment

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

Tax

For customers from the European Union prices include 19% VAT (value added tax).

Return Policy

All products purchased at eBoy may be returned for a refund or exchange, minus the costs of shipping. If an exchange is being made due to an error by eBoy, we will pay the shipping costs of re-sending the package. If an exchange is being made for other reasons, eBoy will charge the customer for additional shipping costs. Merchandise must be unopened and in its original box or package. If the merchandise is opened but defective, the defective merchandise will be replaced by an identical item, upon the return of the defective item to eBoy. eBoy will not accept packages that arrive with unpaid duty and/or customs fees or packages that come ‘Postage Due’. Credit will be issued upon return of the product and complying with our return conditions.
